Finally, I installed the Wells water dispenser and am very pleased with its design. It saves space in our small kitchen and perfectly matches our home decor, with multiple colors to choose from. I appreciate the excellent service from Yuriko, who was very patient and answered all my questions during my multiple visits before I decided to purchase. She also provided valuable advice for our new house renovation. Thanks also to the service team and the installation technician, who guided my husband and me step by step on how to use it.

Just started our Wells journey so 4stars for now since we have yet to test it out. Just had the installations done yesterday by Choong who was great! He was friendly, early and super helpful pre and post installations as our sink had a leak from our tap change. He was super thoughtful throughout and gave tips as well. His service was 10/10!!
