Absolutely satisfaction with Loft 9, designer Ken. Impressed by his dedication and attention to details. The unit was old and we had to re-wire everything, Ken, with his profound experience, helped to suggest many choices of vendors, so that we can keep the cost at reasonable level. The home is nice, cozy and practical. We love it.
