Highly recommend this contractor as he is responsible and detail. After the job completed, I found some defects of the vanity cabinet i brought myself. This contractor still come back to help me to dismantle the cabinet and exchange for me! So here i would like to say many thanks to Douglas Khoo.

After hearing about many renovation horror stories, we were adament to look for an ID by word of mouth. Douglas was recommended to us by 3 friends who engaged his services. He and his team did a fantastic job with the design and renovation of our home. 

After a first meeting of about 4 hours and sharing our mood board, we decided to engage him. The first 3D render exceeded our expectations, and was almost fully aligned to our ideas with minimal changes. 

He is honest with his quotations, open with concerns, always ready to listen to our ideas and share new ideas. As it is our first home, we had lots of ideas and wanted to try new gadgets. 

He managed to incorporate gadgets like robot vacuum (with auto water kit) and water dispenser seamlessly into our kitchen. He is very hands on, and would visit the site regularly. He is also responsive to post reno rectification. Overall highly recommended!
