I’ve compared 3 to 4 IDs quotation and google ratings before I chose Azcendant…even though they don’t have much ratings, they have the least 1 star ratings among all and pricing is reasonable.. Love the carpentry concept and color combination.. issues were promptly settled and able move in timely as per scheduled..

Got to know CK Choo from Azcendant after trying to find an ID for my resale HDB during the height of Covid. He took up the challenge, provided consultancy on the designs and planning permissions required from regulatory authorities, carried out the wet works, tiling, carpentry works, and other ancillary items like window replacement and sanitary fittings. I find CK personally a knowledgable ID and space planner, but also extremely humble and helpful person. Not only does his own CAD but when issues arises, he would answer my queries any time of the day.
